We understand that accidents happen, and if your pendant or ring has been damaged and is in need of repair, you don't need to worry. We offer a repair service free of charge, except for the cost of postage to send the item back to us & for the postage to send the repaired item back to you.

To initiate the repair process, simply remove as much of the broken glass as possible from the silver component, wrap in a tissue if there is glass that can't be removed and place it in a small padded bag like the one below. Then send it to us at the address below:

You will be required to pay $10.95 postage for us to return the repaired item to you.  

This fee will apply after you provide your shipping details.

 

Please put a note inside the postage bag explaining what shape the glass was and what sand etc. was inside and we will repair and send it back to you in a small cardboard box and 500g postage bag pronto.
