We're so lucky
I grew up in Brisbane and my cousins grew up on the beach. We'd visit them every few weekends and head to the beach where I invariably burned to a crisp while my tanned cousins seemed immune to fire. They'd go brown and my skin would peel off over the coming days. We had the time of our lives having fun and learning not to drown. I'll never forget those days. I think the beach means something different to everybody and I think that's why people enjoy being able to take a little memory of those days, past, present and future with them. What ever the beach means to you, we're super lucky in this country to have such amazing beaches all around us and my dream came true when I got to move to the Sunshine Coast and can see it every day.
