North Queensland sand is SO DIFFERENT

Following a recent trip to Nth Qld, Marty and Virginie collected a small bag of beach sand and it is SO beautiful.  It isn't sand as us Southerners know it, it is actually small pieces of crushed coral...it actually looks a little like bread crumbs. The beautiful thing about it is that it has shades of pink and it looks really special.  It also makes a slight noise when being worn.

We really love this sand but sadly we only have a small amount to adore as although it is in abundance in Nth Qld we never see it here.
